<b>Homework and Recitation Policies</b>:</br>
1 Late homework or quizzes will not be accepted without reasonable
explaination.</br>
2 Attendance of recitation will only be reflected by handing in quizzes.</br>
3 If you are late, come in through the back door and keep quiet. </br>
4 Quizzes will be designed according to the previous homework, the level
of difficulty would be similar.</br>
5 Homework would be graded for both completeness and accuracy, do not
simply copy others homework. Not to say we can easily tell identical
homwork, just by giving up the chance to practice problems would
eventually result in failing the exam.	</br>
